Notel - Best one on west side?

Relative to age, condition, price and safety, which notel provides the "best bang for your buck" (pun intended) on the west side of Houston, or I-10/Energy Corridor?

There's a Scottish inn off of 6 by westheimer - I use when I'm on that side of town

Two Patels across from each other near Westview and Beltway 8. The blue one is relatively new.

This - blue one is newer and nicer. Almost forget it's a PI. But no porn on tv and hardly any mirrors- if that matters. Both are as safe and clean as any I suppose.
