Gents, have you ever...
I know many of us gents have declined to see ladies from time to time because they weren't active on the board. To each his own.
But, Gentlemen, have you ever declined to see a lady because she was TOO active on the board. Years ago, in the ASPD heyday, there was a Dallas girl who was all over every post in the D forum. Had an opinion on everything. She was a looker to be sure but I never could bring myself to engage. Maybe I was afraid she'd talk through the whole session.
Anyway, what about you?

I think that every woman who chooses to post in the threads here should do so at her leisure. Some are more involved than others and often bring value to the threads they participate in.
Just because she comments more often does not mean that you would not enjoy her company. Believe me.... when I tell you that I have never encountered a lady that commented too often that I did not enjoy our time together.
There are those that believe that the ladies here should limit their comments and are quit vocal about their lack of compliance. While we are all quite different and have different views no one persons or persons should tell another member how to participate in the forums.

If she is not an active member of this board or P411 there is no chance of me seeing her. Not to mention there are some I refuse to see based on their board persona alone. I will not spend my hard earned money on someone who can't or refuses to show some sign of civility when dealing with others.
Fortunately screening has never been an issue with the number of posts and reviews I have on here along with the many okays on P411.
Absolutely respect the providers need for screening to develop some level of comfort when seeing someone new.

Like holmes, I've crossed providers off my list because of what they say rather than how often they post. Many of you also participate in the Mississippi forum and are aware of what I'm talking about.

I agree. There is a lady who posts periodically, always in small, smart bits, usually in the Diamonds forum. She was more active in the ASPD HDH forum years ago but even then in small, valuable comments and posts. I won't mention her name but I've never wanted anyone more...
Civility and succinctness are so hot.

I am finding this thread to be very beneficial. I enjoy knowing more about the minds of you fine gents!
I have seen some names just completely dominate the boards, and have wondered about this specific topic recently.
It's great to know that guys are interested in a ladies personality as well as her talents and looks. Thus, I've tried changing my habits as far as posting goes and share more of myself here as I used to on Facebook.
Thank you guys for sharing things like this as it helps the lassies to better serve your needs.
Xoxo

I have never declined someone for not being active on a hobby board but lol i've definitely declined a few based on their board history and things they've said (rather not so nice things or things that made me think we'd be incompatible) .

As a self–proclaimed board ho, I totally understand that some gents don't fancy providers who are very chatty on here. That is totally fine with me. Some men prefer a woman with a little sass and some don't. What I find bothersome is that during my short time here, I've witnessed some glaringly misogynist and also hypocritical men who post on average a dozen times or more per day who wage campaigns of trying to silence escorts. I just wonder why a man would think that it's okay to be especially verbose but think women shouldn't have anything to say in public coed forums.
When I'm looking at a potential client's post history, I don't care how much or how little he posts, but I look at what he says and how he says it. And with reviews, a high ratio of "No"reviews is a huge red flag. It doesn't happen very often, but when someone inquires with me and they've posted more than 20-25% negative reviews, I slide them right onto my Ignore list.

Some good points, Lena. What you say matters a lot more than how often you post. If you look at the top poster stats here, Dallas Rain heads the list by a bunch. But she's entertaining as hell. I'd see her in a heartbeat. And don't get me started on guys who try to silence providers. This is a hobby board, and we're ALL hobbyists.

Since ECCIE does commemorate the top ten poster, it is more than a little inspiring that Dallas Rain holds THE top spot. And I crossed paths with her recently in Lafayette and she is humble, gracious, and an utter delight to be around. Anyone looking for a vivacious experience should definitely watch her tour schedule intently!

Good topic, Contralto. Most of us use board posts to get insights into a lady's personality, to see if we think we would be compatible, if there could be chemistry. Like holmes and mocha, its more about content than quantity. Is she flirty? is she witty? Is she intelligent and can contribute to an interesting discussion? Or does she only post ads?
I don't mean to be crass, but the boards are an opportunity for the ladies to present themselves to their potential customers. Those that do engage on the boards well seem to do better than those that do not.

Myself, being one that if I think it I usually speak it, I kinda like that in a provider. I don't mind a smartass answer or comment on the board. But how much or how little they post doesn't really matter to me. Back several years ago, and I don't remember if it was this board or another one, there was one lady in particular that did have something to say about almost every post and her views were a lot different than mine. One day I was in her neck of the woods and messaged her privately from the discussion board and to my surprise she was delighted to see me. I had a great time with her. Her real life personality was nothing like how she seemed when she commented or posted on the board. So, I've learned not to make too many judgements based on what someone says or how they say it. Now, trying to see things from a providers point of view, I can understand why they would. I've listened to some of their stories.

I've never had issue with it, going back to the days of Sweet Dixie, ASPD, Escort America and chat rooms. I haven't passed judgement based on the amount of posts but have used it, as Woodford states, to look at their ideals and get an idea as to whether or not I'd have a good time being around them.
One or two I did decline to see based solely on the way they handled themselves with Gents when things didn't go exactly their way.
To answer Contralto's original question, no, not because they were too chatty.
