“I talked this morning with President-elect Donald Trump, and he reminded me: He likes draining the swamp,” Mr. Gingrich said. “I mischaracterized it the other day. He intends to drain the swamp.”

“He even describes it as DTS,” Mr. Gingrich said.

Who knew "DTS" was gonna be a thing with the new administration?

I don't get what you are sayin. Trump talked about draining the swamp during his campaign.

DTS is also slang for down to suck. I actualy learned that here.
