On paper your "theory" and "philosophy" may sound legitimate, but the flaw is you really don't establish exactly who will be calling the "fouls" ..... and more importantly you won't know on what FACTUAL basis he made the call. There are things done by Obaminable with which I agreed, and I didn't vote for him either time.
As we are poised today, Trump has more business and international experience than Obaminable did in 2008. But the mantra was, and is, if one said anything critical or dismissive they were called a "racist" ... Now Trump is called a "racist" to ridicule and dismiss him as a threat to ...... "our society"? In fact in the past 18 months there haven't been many derogatory labels thrown at him.
The bottom line is I think my demeanor and "behavior" on and off this board when Obaminable was elected was far more accepting of the election results than probably 90% of the negative comments made on here (and in the media) about Trump and it had nothing to do with Obaminable skin color in so far as my hesitancy to voice negatives.
The election is OVER! It's time to regroup and face our common threats as a collective body and quit giving the appearances of internal turmoil ... that only invites external interference.
For some reason you believe that just because I vote for someone it means I have and/or will endorse everything they do. That can't be based on reality .... just like you "assuming" the significance of my screen name on here.
Either you are extraordinarily ignorant and narrow minded or you are intentionally attempting to be dismissive and marginalizing ..... for what purpose I haven't a clue. That's the shit folks tried to pull with the Electors ... didn't work with them either.
Enjoy your CHRISTmas.

But my main concern is SCOTUS. And none of the stupid moves he makes will make me wish Hillary had won. I support him, but I will tell him when he's wrong. Not that he gets my mail, but I feel better.
And I really like Obama granting clemency to so many non-violent offenders. Trump should continue that.

You don't like Trump's appointment for DOE? Maybe you'll like his choice for DEA:

Seriously? Talk about an inflated ego. Pretty impressed with yourself, eh, YugoLover?
I'm reminded of a comment I believe Winston Churchill made once, "He has so much to be modest about." Might not have been Churchill, but you get the drift. Well, maybe you get the drift.
And what are you insinuating with the CHRISTmas stuff? Is your religion better than mine, too?

In comparison to you no inflation is necessary, so being better than you is certainly no standard to which one should aspire. Your like a flat speed bump! A mirage in the road ahead to be ignored. HAPPY HOLIDAY THEN.

It's funny to see you call others immature. You're the one spouting the playground epithets. And by the way, I do wish others Merry Christmas. Even you. Although it is a pagan holiday, transformed by the Church to get customers by not taking away their feast day. Most of the historians I've read state that Jesus was born in April. Fact is, we don't really know. So Merry Christmas, Happy Yule, or Happy Saturnalia, or whatever.

That tactic didn't work on Trump either.
You, like all Liberals it seems, throw shit and then "name call" when the shit gets thrown back at you! It reminds me of the "common" belief that crying "police brutality" during an arrest is a defense to the crime for which the criminal is being arrested.
It's not, and you're still a shallow, materialistic loudmouth!

I think people are catching on, but you stick with that. You make me miss LittleFredo's witty and intelligent posts.

The candidacy was based on fraud and therefore they can be removed, and replaced under the Rules by the RNC committee (or removed by the U.S. House and replaced with an electorate who will comply with the oath they signed to vote for the Republican who won the general election.
The SCOTUS says the State can't change the rules post facto.
I suspect given the fraudulent behavior of some there will be push to address that issue in the regular session.

Curious on why the RNC did not remove and replace the Texas electoral voters who did not cast their vote for Trump, LL?
Or am I not reading your post correctly?

The votes aren't certified until January, and ... I can perceive a couple of reasons ... (1) one the timing of having a meeting/decision made by the Committee ... from personal-professional experiences the week before Christmas is like waking a coma-patient and trying to get folks to even focus on the mundane tasks in life having to do with legal matters, (2) it would not change the results (sort of a "no harm, no foul" decision)*
*although personally I believe the RNC should, BUT a better solution would be for the legislation to be passed creating mandatory requirements in this State for the future. It is always likely that a judicial decision (more than likely Federal) could create a legal opinion that would interpret the RNC rules as allowing "discretion" on the part of the Elector. This risks aren't worth the results/consequences, since it didn't make a difference.
Sometimes litigation creates the results one is trying to avoid.
