Congress is the real problem not the presidency
If we had a robust and principled Congress that was term limited and a fraction of the level of corruption that is rooted in Capitol Hill today, then I offer that it wouldn't matter a lick of who is the president.
Yall realize that there are house reps and senators that have been in office 25+ years and they have become multimillionaireso?
Their approval has been in the low teens since I can recall yet nobody and I mean nobody is outraged except for a very small percentage of folks out there that are awake and alert.
Too many folks have drank the kool-aid of the media which projects God like powers on the office of the president.
There is a reason as to why congressional is addressed in art. I and the executive is addressed in art. II. Congress, as the people's direct representatives Alison supposed to hold the majority of the balance of power. And the people are supposed to keep ever watchful on our Congress and reign them in when they get out of line.
If there is a cause that folks should be protesting, it should be the cronyism in Congress and our own selves for continuing to reelect the same ones over and over again.
This is the real problem in government. But they will keep flying under the radar every 2 or 6 years as the media has you all blinded and focused on the office that is limited to a measly 8 years.
Yall are also way to addicted to your Rs and Ds and don't realize that the two party system is nothing more that another system of control implemented by the Oligarchy that rules you but that is another topic for another time.

Here's a doozy I saved for last. This is your president elect. What a guy right? What a fucking American (patriot) champ! ;-)
Quote:
Two years before the housing market collapsed in 2008 and millions of Americans lost their homes, Donald Trump said he was hoping for a crash.
"I sort of hope that happens because then people like me would go in and buy," Trump said in a 2006 audiobook from Trump University, answering a question about "gloomy predictions that the real estate market is heading for a spectacular crash."
"If there is a bubble burst, as they call it, you know you can make a lot of money," Trump said in the 2006 audio book, "How to Build a Fortune." "If you're in a good cash position -- which I'm in a good cash position today -- then people like me would go in and buy like crazy."
rose colored glasses now off.
Dude. Go watch the movie "The Big Short". Then you will understand what happened and why. Greedy Wall Street bankers lost a lot when the bubble burst. Smart individuals that saw the crash coming made a lot by selling short or buying distressed properties.
If you want to blame someone, blame it on Wall Street.
Got your Canadian Visa, yet?

Where is the doozy? Businessmen take advantage of opportunities when an opportunity presents itself. Thinck of all the other people than made fortunes during our "econonic correction." Stock prices were low, investors came in and bought undervalued stocks. When the market came back all of the sudden that $3 stock was worth $30.

no disrespect intended but there's something truly wrong with you fellas reasoning and comprehension skills.
sure businessmen have always capitalized off others misfortunes that's actually how the American Dream is obtained. Its rarely ever do to hard work. The point in pointing out Trumps hypocrisy and irony against the backdrop of him saying Make America Great Again is him openly rooting for an American market collapse where real devastating impact occurred.
Taking advantage of a situation vs. openly rooting for that situation are diffeent things...so now I'm convinced you fellas just can't or don't know how to think and reason properly...
but hey keep doing you !!!!

That sounds like the solution, but add Wakeup.
Create a forum just for that group, so they can trade comments among themselves, and not plug up all the threads.

TFF
But it's an unfair match because I'm pretty sure SpaWhistle actually has a brain
