Question On Vetting? Thoughts?

Here is the basic info I need.... simple and every provider does it. Sorry you thought it was invasive.

just need to do a pre-screen on you. I need to know the following information
Are you on a verification site? (Like p411 or TER, etc)
Do you have references you can provide from other companions?
Employment information if you don't have any of the above
This is standard and you will find most require this also.
I also will take social media if you cannot provide others. Linkdn, FB etc

I do this both both my safety & your safety.
I can do hour dates or longer.

That is my standard screening. If you do not like, sorry. I am not asking for your license etc. Quit being mean please.

How does employment verification work, I know that 411 calls you at work and usually at the point the little girl on the phone confirms your membership.

What if I am a equipment operator for a road crew, how would that play out?

What if I'm a cop and my brother in law is a car salesman and I get him to send you verification (check stub?) what if my brother in law has a few reviews here and he decided to target you say because he's mad that you take 24hrs to reply and he's mad and gets you as someone he wants to get arrested.

Is employment verification an attempt to insure that you are not LE?

Nah, I think employment verification is used in order for the gal to know you can pay
I'm just kidding. From what I've been told, they call your company. If you have a receptionist, they will ask to speak to you. If you give them your direct line, they will call to confirm you are who you say you are. If someone else answers the phone, they will usually ask for you. If the answeree says, he's not here now. Then, she knows you are legit. If the answeree says, I don't know this person and he doesn't work here. Simple as that.

As you all know, I am a professional nut job. BUT, the message seems to be, if we gentlemen, approach the situation well, sometimes the excess if requirements seem to disappear. SOMETIMES! No guarantees here. My closing ration over the last couple of months on requests to meetings is 80%. The real tough time was when I first became an Eccie member.

So, I wrote some posts listen to some new friends and found a great provider locally that truly floated my boat. Read the information on how to right a review and wrote one. From there, with the exception of two (incredibly hot and well reviewed providers, life is JUST NOT fair sometimes), it has been smooth sailing.

SOOO, I fully believe all things cum to those that have patience.

I don't think anyone here wants to be robbed or hurt or have the police involved---or have our wives and even our friends or coworkers spectulating about how we spend our private time.

Having an employment verification, as cplam described,,,how big does our paycheck need be?--hehee,,,seriously how does employment verification translate into you feeling safe?

Would still like to know how employment verification translates into being a legit customer, all I can figure out is that now you know where they work. Probably don't happen much but you could easily blackmail a guy with a threat of outing them to real world people.

411 says that they purge that information out of their system. I don't understand that either.
