Here is a song about hitting the road that really hit home to me. Largely an unknown song by Christine Aguilera. It was never released as a single, but it may be my favorite song of hers. Not a belt it out song like the others. Just a beautiful and empowering song named Cruz. Look it up on YouTube. I suspect none of you have heard it unless you have her best album, Stripped.

"Take It Easy" - Eagles
"Carry On Wayward Son" - Kansas
"Don't Look Back" - Boston
"A Love Song (From a Different Point of View)" - Jimmy Buffet
"Free Bird" - Lynyrd Skynyrd (yes, it's a cliche)

80's in general
Michael Jackson
Violent Femmes, Add It Up (good hooker song )
Depeche Mode
The Clash
The Ramones
Jane's Addiction
Yaz
The Cranberries
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Amy Whinehouse, Back to Black
Nina Simone
Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Fat bottomed Girls
Cake, Short Skirt Long Jacket
Bluegrass, when I'm in that mood. The Steeldrivers are my fave. 'If It Hadn't Been For Love,' fave song.
My kids also have me addicted to Fall Out Boy. Witty lyrics.

Way over 5, I know.

Depends on my mood & who's riding shotgun!
