Relaxation Station Massage New Indictments of 8
Now indicted for various criminal enterprise felonies: Joanna, Aleena, Kimberly, Cara, Melissa, and Alexandria.
2 indicted still sealed since not yet found and arrested
9/30/2016 Cara filed motion to dismiss pointing out LE did a four month investigation but she was arrested on her first day of work, when hired to run only the tanning area. Believes the Grand Jury confused her with another defendant.
State noticed 22 police officers including the usual two female Undercover's (UC) and 6 civilian witnesses
State moved to include prior felony of aggravated assault from 2003 for Kimberly and her 1991 felonies related to counterfeited money in Michigan. These prior's would prevent probation if did a plea deal.
State did the usual notice of multiple felonies on different occasions for the rest to try and get non-concurrent sentences. Usually this doesn't work if all related to a similar crime. The multiple counts all related to different UC visits etc to the massage place.
Joanna: Participated in a criminal enterprise since she had keys to the prostitution business.
Aleena: Had keys and 2 acts of prostitution with UC's including a hand job on 7/20/2016 on a 32 yr old male for $120.
