I've always wanted to have a lift and maybe a little extra. Nothing outrageous, but it would be nice to be able to fill out and hold up a sexy piece of lingerie.
1. When you say "always wanted to have a lift" is this a I've never been satisfied w/ this particular part of my body rationale, or is it an event took place which caused a natural change in my breast now I want a lift to put them back where they were rationale?
2. I'm going to ass-u-me the 'maybe a little extra' part is totally a self-image issue as it relates to lingerie. Why? Because their are woman from AA (training bra) size to custom-made one-off size in the cup area. Makers of lingerie know they have to cater & design to fit all body types. Have you been to a lingerie store recently to have a personalized fitting?

DG is right on it. Now, I like me some perky little naturals but it seems to me you just do what makes you feel good and don't worry about us. For every dude who likes perky a cups, another dude likes big swinging DDs.
If they are natural with good lift, I would leave them alone. If they are mini As, fried eggs or slinky and saggy, consider enhancement, if it makes you feel better about your body. Bigger is not always better. They should match the rest of your body, not make you look top heavy. IMHO, the ones that go under the muscle and are inserted through the armpit are, by far, the best way to go. No noticeable scars, more natural feel and no loss of sensation.
Okay okay...after having done an up close and personal inspection of her mammories...I can't think straight enough to make a decision...fuck...this warrants a repeat inspection after I regain my faculties. Don't worry, River, I won't charge you for your second visit.

My personal preference is for natural, unless there is a medical need for reconstruction. In any case, my personal preference is for small to medium sized breasts.
I agree with everyone who says only do if it is specifically because you want to, and to stay proportionate to body type. I do hate it that we men may make women feel they have to have larger boobs to be attractive.
If, however, you need a male inspector to confirm YM's opinion, once she remembers what it is, then I would humbly leap into the breach.
I haven't been in the hobby long - but many gentlemen tell me that they enjoy the feel of a natural set. In your case, with your natural, simple, beauty, i'd say a natural set is best.

Talk to girls you know have got them done, look up before and after pics of women who have your same frame and current breast size, research and see several doctors and go only by what you feel will make YOU comfortable and happy, that's the only thing that will matter at the end of the day, what the fucktard population thinks is irrelevant.
