Okay Guys, do you like real, fake, or both?

I've always wanted to have a lift and maybe a little extra. Nothing outrageous, but it would be nice to be able to fill out and hold up a sexy piece of lingerie. But I've more than a few guys tell me not to have it done, that natural is better. There is a chance they were not thinking clearly since a naked women was in bed with them and all the blood had left their brain.

Both, just get a good boob job, under the muscle and inserted from the bottom -- not from around the nipple. There is no bigger turnoff than a bad, Frankenstein tit job where there are obvious scars around the nipple and one is floating off by the shoulder while the other is dead center.

Plastic surgery is not the time to start being cheap.

Having studied your showcase pics for some time, and after placing you high on my list of ladies I must meet if I can ever make it to Houston, my vote would be "stay natural". Your body is perfect as it is; you can't improve on it, IMHO.
