Default Terence Crutcher, Shot Dead By Female Cop In Tulsa

Another Black Man is gunned down by a White Police Officer. This time a Female Cop.

http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/local...cfb22b246.html

There is more to the story. The car was stopped in the middle of the street. The deceased man, Terence Crutcher, was not obeying her commands. He as acting, according to the officer, very strange. She thought he was reaching for a weapon in his SUV.
The cops also found a vile of PCP in the SUV.
The Deceaced had a long criminal record, including arrest for PCP use.

Was this a cold blooded killing by a thoughtless Police Officer, or another circumstance where an officer was unfortunate enough to run into a black thug and have her life now ruined?

It is always unfortunate to run into a [prohibited topic].

The (forbidden subject) will have a bad effect on the user, unknown if he was unable to tell them that his SUV was stalled.

One officer tazed him while she used her gum, stated she was scared for her life. Maybe the wrong career choice for her.

Family lawyer on TV was showing a pic of the vehicle's window closed.

If the toxicology report comes pack that he was indeed on (forbidden subject), I don't know if this will be looked upon as a mitigating factor.

Shooting someone with their hands up (as shown ) is always a bad choice.

However dealing with a person indulging, they are usually erratic and unpredictable.

Hard to call this one.

To be fair, his hands were down when he was shot. The video shows him dropping his hands. Watching the actions of the cops I have to think they were thinking AMBUSH. Car in the middle of the street blocking traffic. Police know they would expected to investigate and with his hands up he was pretty safe from being shot (as long as they stayed up). After the shooting watch how the cops backed watching their surroundings. They suspected that they were in a kill zone surrounded on both sides by forest. That is my opinion based on what I SAW and not on a meme.

As usual the senile old fart has nothing but a typo. Your life must really suck if that is all you got.

Got anything about the OP, or just your usual pissing and moaning?
