It's absolutely horrible for the victim when a overly persistent person can't take no and go away. With that said it's not wise to broadcast what you are going to do to retaliate. The line is blurred between self defense and murder/manslaughter when you're broadcasting or talking with bravado prior to an incident. If you have to defend yourself you just do it. Posting pics of guns and saying what you're going to do could be perceived as premeditated.
