No need for the semantics. If an appointment is set but you don't know where to go then someone isn't TCB so no matter how you slice it, it looks bad for the Provider or for you if it's an Outcall.

dorthy monroe is a whore and there is absolutely no way I would ever schedule with her. as far as NCNS....unless I talk to the provider the day of I do not call it an appointment. For whatever reason I have never had a NCNS. Guess I am lucky.

cause: appointment not agreed to, effect: no need for address or anything

In my opinion, if you confirm the appointment time on the day of, you have an appointment, exact address or not. Some don't give the address until a couple of hours before the time. Probably concerned about some stalker dude showing up hours before his time. Just go with the flow. If she NCNS after it's confirmed, then find someone reliable and cross that one off your list..
