His OPINION to recommend no prosecution was based on his OPINION that the Government could not prove "knowing" and "intent"!

Had he been a career agent without any legal or prosecutorial experience he might get a pass for such a dumbass, erroneous statement.

I would challenge him to find a Federal Jury Charge in the entire Federal PACER system that DOES NOT have a "circumstantial evidence" instruction in it to the Jury. It's almost boiler plate .. Once Lynch allowed Comey to make the discretionary decision regarding prosecution the fix was in .... and she was attempting to cover her ass for confirmation hearing on a Judgeship!

As to the OP ... She has gotten to the point of it being difficult to distinguish between her pathological lying and the loss of short and long term memory from traumatic brain injury. Bill's "little girl" is "damaged goods"! We don't need any more in the White House.
