Question "ECCIE wants to download multiple files" warning message?

After logging on just now, it popped up on my Chrome browser that the website was attempting to download files. I told it to block the download. Has anyone else seen this or know what it is about?

I have never experienced that kind of thing from this site.

May I suggest you conduct your virus and malware scans.

I ran complete scans on my computer just to be certain, and nothing popped up in terms of malware. It didn't seem to do it when I just logged on today, so hopefully the issue is resolved.

I've been getting malicious site warning every time one of the pop up ads occur.

Had it a day or so ago in Firefox ... might have something to do with the new display format(s) none of which is as display-worthy as the previous formats - readability, washed out viewing issues -- for me anyway.

I suspect the "downloads" warning relate only to the way or ways browsers are set to respond to display downloads, not necessarily a security issue.

Trying, I am, to reset my laptop and tablet browser settings to offset the "washed out" look. Cell phones are not having that issue and readability is just OK, but still somewhat "light" in mobile or desktop modes on cell phone.

I'm using a mobile now but not in the mobile site and the same formatting issues are displayed. Sucks ass.
