Well, technically, it was Hillary Rodham Clinton,

....aka Hillarioius-No-More and "hildebeest" ......

But more importantly than her vote as a Senator (part of her credentials), while she was serving with Bill as his knowledgeable and well informed partner (part of her credentials), she consulted with him on his conclusion regarding the WMD's and the Iraqi WMD program and Bill's decision to blow up some milk factories!

She was also aware of the OBL indictment in 1998 and didn't do shit about it for 2 years ..... since she was "serving with Bill as his knowledgeable and well informed partner (part of her credentials),"....

of course she had no clue that Bill was getting his knob polished by the "tramp intern," who sneaking in past the SS agents and officers while she was in the other side of the house where the cancelled checks were stashed in shoe boxes in her closet were LOST!

Just think how better she would have been at her jobs had she known that one can have more than one email account on one IPhone!!!!

I think Bush, Cheney and Obama should all be in jail for their illegal wars.

That being said, when a person with integrity makes a mistake, they admit it and correct it as soon as possible. When they lie about it and try to cover it up, like Hillary did, they are a criminal and should be punished.

From your post reputard retard.

22 U.S. Code § 4802 - Responsibility of Secretary of State

(a) Security functions
(1) The Secretary of State shall develop and implement (in consultation with the heads of other Federal agencies having personnel or missions abroad where appropriate and within the scope of the resources made available) policies and programs, including funding levels and standards, to provide for the security of United States Government operations of a diplomatic nature and foreign government operations of a diplomatic nature in the United States. Such policies and programs shall include—

(A) protection of all United States Government personnel on official duty abroad (other than Voice of America correspondents on official assignment and those personnel under the command of a United States area military commander) and their accompanying dependents;

(B) establishment and operation of security functions at all United States Government missions abroad (other than facilities or installations subject to the control of a United States area military commander);
The CIA is an agency. They established a relationship with the local militia for protection. Unfortunately when the attack came they didn't show. The nearest jet was in Italy. Panaetta did not send a plane and neither would Gates, who worked for your hero Bush43. You and that Panel with Trey Gowdy have been playing politics with the lives of 4 people. The Ambassador's sister Doesn't even BLAME Hilliary.

Smith's mother blames the hell out of hildebeest, flighty, because the Secretary of State was responsible for the ambassador's safety, flighty. How else can you fucking explain 600 ignored requests to the Department of State for improved security, you lib-retard twit. Those requests were directed to hildebeest's department -- not the CIA --you disingenuous liar. In fact, Stevens was admonished not to go outside channels with his security requests, flighty.

Please don't!
Yes that one,,,the one who believed those lies hook line and sinker.

What is your point LL?

That they all are liars?

Which lies did you believe?

Did you too believe Ollie North's lies?

They all seem to lie....how is it that COG is the only one to notice this fact?

Comey, said there was no willful intent. The C in some of those paragraphs doesn't automatically mean that the information was CLASSIFIED. Comey was a former prosecutor under former NYC mayor Rudy G. The only problem with his answers at the hearing was that it was not what you wanted to hear. When you received a document with classified information and it did not have the correct label, the person who sent it to you was not demoted or prosecuted. What did Comey say? No one has ever been prosecuted for gross negligence. The repubtards on here should try to get Hilliary on something else. You're not going to get anywhere with the emails.

COG you sound like a disgruntled libtard. What about IRAQ and Afghanistan was ILLEGAL. You may not like the war but Bush went through the process and got the approval of Congress. Admit this, accept it, and stop looking like an ass.

Should be a criminal offence to start two wars with no funding, so how many years later they are still borrowing money to pay for it How many trillion is the debt now?

Won't even mention the lies told to get approval.

The real reason no one has ever been prosecuted under that provision, flighty, is because, to date, no one in public service at that level has been so blatantly negligent as hildebeest, and heretofore everyone in a similar position has substantively been more honest than hildebeest. BTW, flighty, Judicial Watch has expanded its interview list to include hildebeest and those in the Department of State who knew hildebeest was operating outside the law, e.g., Director of Office of Correspondence and Records of the Executive Secretariat Clarence Finney; and the former Director of Information Resource Management of the Executive Secretariat John Bentel. U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ruled that “there is evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith."

You truly are an ignorant fuck. Either that or you are a blatant liar who conveniently wants to forget that even your boy Slick Willie the Perjuring Sexual Predator believed Saddam had WMD.

Quote:
Transcript: President Clinton explains Iraq strike

Slick Willie the Perjuring Sexual Predator: Good evening.

"Earlier today, I ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq. They are joined by British forces. Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors....

"Saddam Hussein must not be allowed to threaten his neighbors or the world with nuclear arms, poison gas or biological weapons.
