I want to come to Visit the West Texas scene on Monday

I have decided to travel and see more of Texas. First stop West Texas. I can not decide which city, I should come to though. I would prefer a city that has great food, sights I should see, and of course I would like to be centrally located since it's a weekday trip. I plan to be in West Texas this Mon through Friday. So I want to make a decision by tomorrow morning, that way I can place my ad on Monday afternoon. So I am asking where to come?

San Angelo has some great restaurants and the shops along Concho are real unique.

It's only about 90 miles south of Abilene.
