Provider Name Change on Review?

Can a recently posted review have the Provider's name changed and the review credited to her new handle?

If a provider changes her name, the review does not stop being linked to her profile.

Each member has a profile URL.

My profile is below.

My Extention is 250288. That number doesn't change if I change my profile name. The name attached to that profile can be any set of characters.

Reviews are assigned to a profile URL, not to a name.

Member's posts are assigned to member's URLs.

I hope that clears things up.

Unless a provider guests her acct then returns as a new handle. Then the reviews stay with the guested handle unless she puts herself, then requests to have her reviews. That rarely happens.
