It's possible, among other things. I don't think anything has been confirmed yet as absolute cause of death. But I do know this, a lot of the 90's professional bodybuilder are dying prematurely not because of Androgenic compounds but because of Insulin abuse and peptide injections. Insulin is the largest most anabolic protein in the body. If you're not a diabetic you shouldn't really fuck with it. So she could have been using high amounts of "Gear" as they say in the Bodybuilding World.

Well, after she did a pretty good job of turning herself into a man, she had a set of rubber titties bolted on, and with some industrial strength PhotoShopping, managed to convince a bunch of mouth breathers she was "attractive".
