"Available Now" Icon

Some ladies were bringing this up in the Houston ladies section. If there could be a way to post in your local forum when you are "available now". One of our mods let us know that for various reasons it tends not work out in cities that are bigger and more active, which is understandable.

So, I had an idea that it would be great if we (verified providers) could have some sort of "Available Now" icon next to our names, that we could turn on or off as needed.

So, when we are online and gents are perusing they would see that next to our names. Kind of how the green icon is already there but maybe just change it to say "Available Now".

Our mod suggested I post this here as a suggestion. Hoping others agree and we can get this on the board!

An interesting idea, worth exploring. I wonder how it improves on the tools already available, though? The eccie pages that have the sidebars already show a list of my contacts that are currently online (the Buddy List). When I pull up someone's profile, there is a green dot next to their handle if they are online. I realize that being online does not necessarily mean that you are available, but if you are online, a quick PM can confirm whether you are available or not.

I just thought it could be a way to improve upon the green icon, because as you said, being online doesn't necessarily mean one is ready to work. I know I usually get on here when I am at home, not working, to catch up on the latest and greatest gossip and respond to correspondence. Lots of ladies would love to show "available now" I think. Our mod was mentioning it would take some programming changes to the site, which is why I posted here.

For sure. P411 has that feature. I know a lot of ladies here are also on P411. I wonder what their experience has been using it?

I've actually never tried it, but think I will give it a go sometime soon to see what happens.

I second Victoria"s suggestion.

As for P411, I like the available now ads they have. The only downside to it is that a girl has to keep getting on the site to repost the ad every hour, which is annoying.
