You can delete the Google voice app when you're not using it. Deleting the app also deletes all activity within the app. Reinstall it with your info and password when you want to use it again in the future.

That's a two-way street. If you don't take anyone's own security system seriously, there's a whole bunch of other options out there that keeps them from G'ing A F about yours!

While finding the 2nd phone would in theory be harder to explain on the spot, it is much less likely to actually happen.

I've had unsavory apps on my old phones (that I deleted) show up on my purchased apps when I backed the phone up on my computer...it's a losing battle for me to try and hide technology from someone more tech savvy than I am. So it's low tech or nothing.

I use a trac phone and it stays at the job site locked up in a locker that only I have access to and only comes out when I have time to play.

I usually have to buy minutes when I use it, but it is only 20 dollars or so and the peace of mind that it will never be found is priceless to me.
