I started a poll in the Men's Lounge about what other guy's thoughts are about mm's.
I'd prefer natural A's over mm D's but was curious what the majority thought.
The results thus far are below but I'd like to hear women's thoughts also.

Natural! Preferably B cups, but as long as they aren't huge melons I'm happy.

I categorize fake boobs into the same category as fake/costume jewelry its just something women like to have to help with their self confidence issues.

From a provider's perspective, I like my natural C breasts, but I try not to judge those that want them changed.
I've heard differing stories.
Some ladies that have had additions are more sensitive and you have to be careful or the lady may not want the nipples played with.
Some have no feeling at all in their nipples. They may respond, but it may do nothing for the lady in terms of a turn on.

I've always felt my breasts were big enough, D-DD depending, but since getting back into the adult industry with webcamming, I've wanted to get implants. There's something about the girls with the fake boobs that always make them look more ready or prepared, maybe polished? I'm into the small details (gradient holographic quilt pattern with gold caviar beads nail art, anyone?), and I just think MMs are another good detail that says, "I came ready for this." The truth is, and no offense to civvies, they're pretty whorish, and that's what I like most about them, but obviously my opinions on whorish things is that they are awesome.

I'm sure I'll have them lifted when I'm older, at which point an implant may also make sense. I'm not going to do anything now, because I'm quite happy with my breasts as they are, but I'm not opposed to it, generally. I think I would like it for as long as I was working, but once I retired, I wouldn't need them any more.

Personally, I avoid mm's like the plague. Aside from several of the reasons mentioned here already, part of the erotic appeal of tits for me is the way that they move and feel...and mm's seldom do either (yes, I've seen some "well done" jobs before...but it's just never the same). My opinion is that natural is always better, regardless of size.

Your comments touch on what prompted my curiosity.
Do gals here do it for business reasons - to increase their client base.
That's why I did the poll - to see if from a marketing perspective, it's a good business decision.
The latest poll results suggest that a gal would lose business by getting mm's:

I don't think it's something i would do as a provider as most men have told me throughout my life that naturals feel better. But, while I may not be a provider forever, I can easily continue my webcam career well into my 40s (and given my rate of aging now, 50s I'm sure). I agree that naturals are better for touching, but I think implants would be good if my career were mostly virtual. I prefer escorting, but when the time comes to keep my career virtual, I think implants could be a really great money maker, as I've seen a number of other webcam models' careers get a boost after surgery. I'd do it for business reasons, but a slightly different business.

Since the eyes are the window to the soul, I find that a natural and mutual passion for each other supersedes any enhancements.
Let's face it, some hobbyists probably use a male enhancement to help with performance. Should the lady set limits on those who are naturally limp?
