Believe it or not, in a traditional marriage, telling her might not be the wisest course of action. As silly as it seems, even if she isn't fucking at all, she'll still be shocked that hubby cheated. If both parties wanted to actually "loved" each other, and wanted to remain married, then she would realize that she is doing something that makes him extremely unhappy, and she'd either start having sex again, or give him permission to see other women.
