You actually have, guideline #20.
The precedent was set by TheCFE back in May of 2013. It's not a rule violation for a trick to send you his review, it's a rule violation for you to admit you received it, or to comment on anything in it.

-if I haven't seen the ACTUAL post itself,

= Anything I say that coincidentally is the same could be held against me and/or used to punish me.

Your lack of acceptance, or confusion about the guideline is irrelevant...your lesson will be learned with a ban...
You'll be back soon enough, the punishment is fairly light, because it's TravelingGent's fault that you're getting banned...he's the one who set you up for failure by giving you information that was going to be ROS...then again, we've already established he's a potty mouth trick who likes to blab restricted information all over the board...
