Pure provider v stripper I'll vote 'stripper', but you will see what I mean and it depends upon what you want such that it's really apples to oranges. The 'no shows' are generally either leading you on for more dances or otherwise engaged in manipulation. Some will do it all in house convincing themselves that outside Shangri-la they are somehow different, the same as everyone else. After all, de Nile ain't just a river in Egypt, right. It's not that they made more money or were tired and therefore were not in need so didn't show, so that set probably isn't really relevant to the question here. They made it off of you and never intended to do more than what they did 'in house.'

There are those you get to know, there is no outside the club/other than dance money exchanged and you go out like anyone else. Then there is the dancer who really is mostly a provider. There is the dancer who is actually a stripper who sometimes provides. So the comparison is really the last two and so I would say the stripper provider vs just the stripper category is better, they are technically both strippers, so stripper. How is that for convoluted reasoning?
