The NDAA over funds defense, and includes the indefinite detention of citizens without due process. He vetoed it for the wrong reasons, and the next bill will be worse. But I'm glad he vetoed it. I just wish he knew why it's a bad bill.

And just who was the leaders of the Budget Control Act of 2011?

The bill passed the Senate with a 70 votes. So in order for Obama's veto to hold some Dims are going to have to flip.

Don't forget to give that award to woomby's WK EKIM. It would hurt EKIM's feelings not to be recognized for his "protection" of woomby's huge, obese ass !

Wonder how much of that $ 500 million will end up in some off shore account that only odummer can access and how much of it went into the Clinton Money Laundering Foundation ?

Nope. The idea of "sequestration" originated in the Odumbo White House in August 2011 but was later disowned by its progenitors as they sought to escape blame for the resulting spending cuts they never expected to kick in.

That is not true but hardly worth debating.

How about the facts...

The House passed the Budget Control Act[1] on August 1, 2011 by a vote of 269–161. 174 Republicans and 95 Democrats voted for it, while 66 Republicans and 95 Democrats voted against it

The Senate passed the Act on August 2, 2011 by a vote of 74–26. 6 Democrats and 19 Republicans voted against it

The vetoed bill would not even allow for base closing that have been deemed wasteful!
