Do you want them interacting in a bi-way or do you want them both focused on you? That is the big question.
IF you want them to interact with each other, then tru-bi is more advantageous than business-bi. That's a respectful question which can be asked.
For starters, suggest you pick your favorite and ask her to pick the other lady. And roll with it.
IF you want to be king-for-the-day, then select your subjects and be prepared for the one's cooties factor to kick in, and maybe an elbow to a ribcage.
And if you are doing all the selecting, keep both of them informed; surprises aren't always a good thing.
