10 years ago there was a great deal more mutual respect, or at least the illusion of it.

Respect was given then.

The way things were done got perverted and exposed and things needed to change.

Now respect has to be earned.

Women are no longer judged by their own performance. Now the circle around them can form others impressions of them.
