H.H for the first time I have to disagree with you. a provider's word means absolutely nothing when it comes down to a review. you can have all the proof in the world to show that it's a fake review but if the gentleman doesn't say is fake it stays up there. the only time that is he said she said b******* is when there is no proof. but if a provider has proved that she wasn't even in Houston at the time or text messages to prove the review is a lie. then it shouldn't be that hard to figure out that its a fake.
with that being said a provider's word means absolutely nothing when it comes down to a review.
P.s I am NOT coming at you or being disrespectful if it sounds like that I do apologize because I usually agree with everything you have to say. just not on this one

I guess I have credit card charges stating I drove to Austin that day. And Back. And then I went to bed. And told my friend u didn't go to houston? Should I really have to show bank statements to mods to prove I wasn't in houston. And texts to prove it too? Ridiculous. Lol. Just cuz the man wrote the review, his word means more than mine? How about just delete the review and be done with it.

Sound about right babe! Thats how it works ...
look at it in the positive way at least it wasn't a no review or criticizing you. he was actually complimenting you Lol
don't break your head about it I went through a similar thing and as much as this sucks it's just part of the business.
Welcome to Houston lol

What I said Ember is that we would look into it but that these things often turn into a "he said, she said" where the truth is impossible to determine. Your word is no more or less valuable than his, that's the whole point.
I also asked if you had any proof or anything which would substantiate your version of events. I think some of you fail to grasp what the word "proof" means.
This site does not permit mods to engage in censorship and content removal except under very specific circumstances.
Here's the actual guideline in question:
#24 - Disputed reviews will not be removed by staff unless the request is made by the thread starter. In situations such as this, the proper protocol for addressing a review in question is to post a rebuttal to the review in that city forum's coed discussions area. Staff will be happy to do some basic investigation to confirm the validity of such reviews, however removal will only take place when requested by the thread-starter or in extreme cases where it has been proven false, there is an admission by the reviewer that the review is indeed false, or the reviewer failed to cooperate with staff's efforts to confirm validity. In cases where a reviewer is found to have posted a review of a session which did not take place, or posted blatantly false information within a review, the reviewer will be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of staff, which could lead to loss of posting privileges. Along those same lines, if the reviewed party is found to be making false or inaccurate claims to staff in an attempt to trigger staff action against a reviewer or the removal of a review, that party will also be subject to consequences, up to or including temporary or permanent loss of account access. These measures exist to preserve the integrity of the information posted in our review forums, and will be taken when these circumstances exist.

I've actually seen him several times. If it's a fake review, there has to be some reason he did it. You should have the Mods ask him.

Of course it makes sense that reviews won't be taken down just because a provider disputes it. What would stop providers from disputing every bad or not-glowing-enough review and demanding it be taken down? If she has receipts that can prove she wasn't in Houston, there probably won't be a problem. It's up to her to decide if it is that important. Her objection has been noted and linked to the review. Take that for what it is worth.
Ladies have to be clever to win against assholes who write fake reviews. Most times we lose. At least hers is assumed to be positive. She can PROVE it false, try to contact him and get him to recant, or just stick with this objection.
Mods aren't supposed to take down reviews just because the provider disputes it. This is a review board. Guys write reviews. Some guys write fake reviews. Welcome to reality. Expecting anyone to take it down "because I said so" isn't realistic.
The burden of proof is on her. Is it right? Not necessarily. But it is what it is, and it makes the most sense given the alternatives.
Blaming the mods like they're just being lazy is moronic. She says she has credit card charges that can prove it. So who is being lazy?

I've seen reviews where the guys got the wrong date on there also. There's a lot of things that can go wrong when writing a review. Ember did the right thing by posting the rebuttal. But in the end, does it matter if the review stands there or not? It's not a negative review. And after this has been linked to the comments, it's up to the reader to decide whether to take it at face value or not. Just like all reviews.

I'd hate to see LE get premium access from a fake review.

Yes, it matters. It could be LE garnering credibility. It could be a rapist garnering credibility. It could be a thief garnering credibility. It could be a competing provider's mandle saying nice things in public so she won't dispute it, but trashing her in ROS to try to ruin her biz. It could be just some dude trying to get premium access for free. All of these are good reasons for it NOT to stand if it can be proven to be false, some more serious than others.
Reviews don't ONLY affect the provider about whom they are written. You have to expand your view.

In our legal system, there's this thing called reasonable doubt.
Step inside the mind of a skeptic, which is what a mod had to do in a situation like this. Pete showed me this trick...
Ember says she has receipts. How do I know of that credit card is hers without her giving me her bank info. I don't want that shit. Okay now I know her credit card was used in Austin the day of the review. How do I know she was the one who used the credit card? Maybe she let her sister borrow it? The only way a mod can know for sure that she was not with him... would be if she were with the mod! How's that sound Spice? Even if she was with Pete, how would Spice know that? It's not likely Pete would lie to another mod... But guys do crazy shit over some hot babe. And they don't very any hotter than Ember Simmers.
Even though it'ss obvious it's false, maybe the date was a typo. The site has specific guidelines about removing and or locking a thread. You could always email St. Chris, but don't you think he has better things to do?

Mods are great right ??
Anyhow, don't believe all reviews. Lots are fake just so guys can get premium access.

So, you start all the drama posting a review that "would have happened?" If Ember kept her schedule? You still posted something that didn't happen. Get the thread taken down, and learn something about reality. That's bullshit what you did there buddy.
How many of your other reviews are complete bullshit?
You just lost all credibility here.
Nothing you ever say now can be trusted.

K thanks. Love you long time.
