Just the facts...
Fancy was BANNED, rumors were started it was for a year. That's right, RUMORS. Fancy can't speak and the mods don't talk about BANs. From the one year rumor, it was concluded that the the BAN was for outting. Now that there's a rumor that the BAN's been reduced, wouldn't that mean that the conclusion of outting was incorrect? The rumors and speculations are based on past behavior and site policy. But we are left out of the factual testimony of anyone that was involved.
Until we reach that point, all we can do is keep guessing. But that's what keeps this entertaining.

It is not hearsay that Lexie said that Fancy contacted her and said her ban had been reduced from a year to one month.

Now Lexie could have been lying or Fancy could have been lying but it is not hearsay to say that Lexie started a thread stating that Fancy contacted her saying her ban had been reduced from one year to one month. That if a factual statement that can be proven by going to the first post in this thread.

I was the one trying to dispel some of the rumors.
Yeah I agree, it's fun to pass the time speculating about the BAN, until it starts to infringe of the person's integrity. I remember joking around about Jemma being kidnapped by the Chinese dog eaters on an attempt to silence her. But that was a joke.
Some of these speculations could be hurtful to Fancy's reputation and her feelings. in another week she'll be able to speak for herself if she chooses to. If the Chihuahuas let her.

Surely you realize that third party testimony is no more that hearsay evidence.
This has gone from she said to she said she said. Lexie said Fancy said. Where is the factual evidence that the BAN was reduced? Until Fancy returns and we see the BAN was reduced it's still rumors.

What i said was that repeating that Lexie posted that Fancy had called her and told her her ban had been reduced to one month is not speculation.

I did say that Lexie could have been lying or that Fancy was lying to Lexie.

Which of those three things do you think true?

Lexie lied about Fancy calling?

Or i am lying about what Lexie posted?

Once again, let's examine the facts...
Lexie did post that she spoke to Fancy, back up to page one for verification. Lexie said that Fancy said... blah blah blah. At that point it becomes hearsay and it doesn't matter what she said she said. I'm not saying that anyone is lying. I'm just saying that none of it can be proven as fact.
OP mentioned Fancy had "contacted" her. No mention of who called who. Fancy has also been in contact with me. But I don't go posting our conversations online...

I mean at some point , one has to look at probability.
