I don't think unless it hits 100 or above they would even consider it high. And until then , the layoff is going to continue it seems. And surprisingly most people are talking about the doom of oil and the rise of renewable energy. Whaaaaaaat ?
I am no fan of disturbing the planet, but if this trend continues, many of may have to be disturbed from Houston. and what about all those luxury apartments that are popping up everywhere ?????
