imo has more to do with the website's revenues (or perhaps a trafficking issue) since prostitution itself is not a federal crime. The feds said the site was "promoting prostitution" but feds have struck out on that in other instances such as backpage.

As noted in previous times, you may beat the rap but not thr ride or the perp walks.

But, obviously federal eyeballs are looking everywhere!
