If she was an organ donor , then her organs may have went to a worthy cause.

But they can not sell them!

LLIdiot is hitting his "Special Elixir" a little early this AM, I see!

Hopefully, he will get drunk enough to answer the question!

How about complying with the police officers request? Step out of the car and put your cigarette out. By refusing to follow directions she put the cop in a position of making her comply. The cops are not just going to walk away because you don't want to do what they tell you to do.

+100.

Preaching to sinners is a long and arduous road with little beneficial results.

Bingo.
But then, this young lady has been bombarded as of late by State Prosecutors, Mayors, Governors, and even Presidents about how it's never your fault, it's the cops who are wrong.

When the news is covered with live video of thugs, punks, and criminals burning and destroying everything in their path with impunity, what is she to think? You mean I have to put up with this Bull Shit from a traffic cop?

Fuck the Police. That's the message she heard.

Watch and listen. He told her to put out her cigarette inside her own car. She refused to comply and THEN he told her to get out of the car.

How would you feel if some trooper told you to zip up your pants inside your own car?

JD , it is not a matter of how you feel. The law does not care about you feelings. Jesus.

And why are you driving around with your fly open?

There's merit to both sides of the argument, and the only problem is no one wants to admit it. That's why it invariably turn into a shit-shoveling circus.

She should have complied with the police officers demands, no question. Her mind was probably already on edge from watching all the riots and protests on TV. I believe when an officer tells you to step out of the car, you are legally required to comply. But the officer has to articulate his/her "reasonable suspicion" first.

However, the cop telling her to put her cell phone down is clearly unconstitutional. It's been done time and again and the law stands a specific way, so I don't know why anyone is debating this. It also would have helped if the officer had told her what he was arresting her for rather than just telling her to "step out".
