There is lots of paranoia around given the recent AM hack. Please advise those who have paid for premium memberships whether any personally identifiable information ( name address phone) other than email address is stored on eccie servers,and if so how we can get that permanently deleted. I have sent a couple of PM's to administrators but as yet no reply. This info should be disclosed as we have a right to know what the potential exposure could be. I am hopeful that this info would only be stored on the credit card processor's servers.

Eccie does not store your Credit Card Info (anywhere) as the payments are processed thru an entirely different company (ccBill).

As to you sending a PM earlier and not getting a reply yet...

Staff Members often have other responsibilities that require them to be away from the board during the day.

Staff members strive to meet the needs of the members as quickly as we can; however, we would hope the members realize this fact.

Thanks for your response. I was not meaning to criticize staff -- just anxious for a response as this hacking thing is extremely scary and of great concern as it has the potential to do a lot of irreparable harm. I assumed ( hoped) that the info went only to ccbill.
