Sometimes there is only one word that will convey exactly what you want to convey. It's not about proving anything. Words aren't just words. There are things behind them. Emotion, etc. In trying to get a point across, I use the word that conveys the sentiment as well as the emotion. In that case, 'wont' was the word I used. I would use it in conversation, if it were called for.
