While I think that 10-15 min of off the clock get to know you time is advantageous and has never killed anyone, expecting a provider to text and pm with you multiple times when you haven't even scheduled a session is a timewasters move. That's not what we're here for and not what you contact us for...and no amount of time doing that unless it's face to face is going to make much of a difference. It just sounds like a needy, cheap trick!

Again, I'd have to disagree with you. After a few PMs to a lovely, and your posts, I apologized for wasting her time. She came back with a welcoming reply. Call her at the gate as per instructions, no answer. I should have canceled. Drove off and she calls back, went through with the appointment, she's acting weird when I get in, wants to talk most of the session, very little activity, and she thinks this is normal.
I only share this as my lesson learned. If the TCB skills suck, most likely she isn't very good at her J.O.B. don't expect the BCD to be any better. This was just as much my fault, her communication skilled sucked, she on the other hand, didn't.

You had at least two opportunities to make an explicit day/time request and didn't. Not her fault. It might be better to get that part done and then try all that other shit.

You: Hey. want to get together with you saturday around 2 or 3 pm. Is that doable?
Her: Hey Hun. Yes, that sounds good. 3 is better.
You:Sweet. Let's confirm saturday am. Now, what are you wearing, hmmm??
