Not bullshit; just reality for most Americans. No wonder you love Obamacare - you are a freeloader who doesn't want to pay his fair share, and gets a subsidized rate paid by the rest of us.

Here's some advice = get a job, or get a second job and take care of your own family. Don't expect us to pay for your own fuck ups!

I agree it should be changed. To an across the board single payor system. Period.

I know obama care dont work for my son.. Hes in collage full time and not working yet and he or should i say I have to pay 172 a month.

A person in Mo with 0 income is expected to pay the premium and the insurance has very high deductibles and poor coverage.

A disclaimer says not being able to afford health insurance is not a reason to stop paying your premiums!

I guess your supposed to pull the money off the money tree

DD, you said you had to drive to St. Louis. How the fu*k am I suppose to know where you live? The first location in your avatar has Chicago, dumbass. Interstate 51 goes all the way from Chicago to St. Louis, you could have been living anywhere in between those cities.

Your experience with Humana was a bad one. That doesn't mean that everyone who purchased a policy on the exchanges had a bad one. Try BCBS or Coventry next time, assuming your zip code doesn't change.

If you have a plan and your son is age 26 or less, he can be on your plan. This is what I see for a single woman age 50 and non smoker on ehealthinsurance.com. The zip code I used for the search was 63102 a downtown St Louis zip code. No other information is needed to do the search, medical history can't be used to determine the monthly premium. They can ask if you smoke.

HCC
Cost per month 241.96
Deductible 1,000
Policy max 2,000,000

UHC (United Health Care)
Cost per month 175.60
Deductible 2,500
Policy Max 1,000,000

HCC
Cost per month 289.25
Deductible 250.00
Policy Max 2,000,000

This would be for 6 months of coverage starting 7/2/15.

Well I wasn't saying everyone's experience was bad I was only speaking for myself. I will be trying one of the others during the next sign up.

He can't be on my plan i'm disabled and on medicare. He had coventry which was really shitty. No dental and no vision and 25 copays for someone who has 0 income so in the state of MO your fucked if you are poor.

Plus they turned down a claim for over 3000 for lab work because it was out of network even though it was in a doctors office covered by the plan and the walk you right over there for your tests.

It's all a bunch of bullshit.

You forgot to mention that virtually NO doctors will take the crap insurance.

MO is one of the 21 twenty one states that did not take the expanded Medicaid from the Federal government. So, you are right MO is not a good state for poor people. I was talking about a "private plan". Disability insurance is different. I did not know that you could get Medicare if you were under age 65. Kentucky and Arkansas have expanded Medicaid. Those two states are the type of states for a student that does not work.

A private plan from United Health Care is the same plan, it does not matter if you get it from your employer or from some on-line broker like ehealthinsurance.com. There is no subsidy involved here you idiot. You would have to go to healthcare.gov to get a subsidy from the government assuming you are family of 4 and make less < 94,000.

How would you know what doctors who practice in St Louis take what insurance? You got the exemption didn't you? Fucking MORON.

There were 500 doctors listed who are in network for the United Health Care plan for that zip code. You don't know what the fuck you are talking about so STFU .

Mitt Romney had the individual mandate for "Romneycare" in the state of Mass. Was Mitt running a Ponzi scheme for Romeycare Lexus Lover? It is funny how the eccie repubtards call Obamacare socialism and Romenycare capitalism when they are both the same thing.

Yes. It was a Ponzi scheme and socialist when Romney enacted it, too. Happy?

There are about 90 million people on "medicaid" .... of those about 12 million were an increase based on the "expanded" coverage, back to 2013.

Basically, the "Affordable Care Act" increased enrollment by around 12 million. That's according to Government figures.

How many billions of dollars did getting 12 million people signed up cost?
LL, why don't you ask J.D Barleycorn if the health insurance that he purchased on the government exchange is real. He got a silver plan from BCBS. It's not Medicaid which you keep implying that the ACA only puts people on Medicaid.

The bottom line is the ACA and Romneycare are both entitlements. You can't call one socalist and the other capitalism when they are the same thing. I don't think the eccie repubtards will appreciate you calling Mitt a socialist.
