You notice how you didn't make a fucking point in that entire bout of verbal diarrhea that you spewed? Because you don't have one, shitstain. You fucked up. You said we were giving people rights that weren't in the constitution. Well, that motherfucker has been amended 17 goddamn times, after the initial 10. I include that last part so your old ass doesn't get confused and try to accuse me of saying something I didn't. So the 17 that came afterwards, you are against them? They weren't in the constitution originally. You're a fucking disgrace and have become laughable.

You already had your lying ass handed to you, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas. The Nineteenth Amendment is part of the Constitution, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas, and it dealt with the de facto issue of disenfranchised women, because the Constitution of 1789 did not de jure prevent women from voting.
Wyoming allowed women to vote in 1869, and New Jersey allowed women who met the property requirements to vote in 1797, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas.
BTW, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas, aren't you the jackass arguing in another thread that "de facto" is irrelevant and can out of hand be dismissed because it isn't "official"?

The freelance sewer rat from Arkansas needs a little extra time to reply. He is looking up the meanings of de facto and de jure while he smears cortisone-10 on his sore bleeding ass. The grubered Odumbo minion flunked both Latin and Constitutional law at Dogpatch Community College.

All of those hours he was putting in at the truck stop glory holes and all the noise he was making at "work" must have made it just to tough for him to study. He can sure "study" a dick though !

Yes, because everyone in the cake business is required to bake cakes for fairies - or get a dick up their ass when they go to prison.
(BTW, how often did that happen to you in the joint?)

Yes dickhead, our constitution has 27 amendments. Every schoolboy knows that. When you say "women voting isn't in the constitution" you are 100% wrong. As in 100% incorrect. As in 100% misinformed. As in stupider than a 5th grade civics student. And let's be honest - you didn't say "women voting WASN'T in the ORIGINAL constitution", did you? Nope, you said "women voting ISN'T in the constitution". Meaning now. So you obviously know nothing about the history of women's suffrage. But don't fret - there are plenty of other topics about which you know nothing. Why make an ass of yourself trying to save face on this one?
I mean, you would be more convincing trying to tell everyone you don't have multiple handles. Ooops - you had your ass handed to you on that one too, dintcha?

Let me school you, fuckwad. You said in your post that we were giving people rights that weren't in the constitution. A woman's right to vote was not in the original constitution. So, that right was given to them AFTER the original constitution was written, addressing your contention of giving people rights that weren't in the constitution. That right was not in the constitution and was later given to them, so what else would I be referring to except the original constitution? Nice try, dickwad. You just aren't smart enough. You keep trying, but you just end up in knots.

Ooops! Undercunt knows he fucked up but he's too much of a lying shit to admit it! He would rather be laughed at again and again! Now he says "isn't" means "wasn't"! Good one, sewer rat! Wriggle and squirm some more! It's fun to watch a cornered rat search feverishly for a way out!

Cite where the Constitution with only the first ten amendments disenfranchised women, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas.
BTW, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas, aren't you, in another thread, the jackass that's arguing that "de facto" circumstances have no "official" import or consequences?

The right for women to vote is not in the original constitution. Are you saying it is? Art you saying the denial of voting rights is NOT being disenfranchised? You're more grubered than you realize.

The Constitution of 1789, including the first ten amendments, in no manner proscribes a woman's right to vote any more than it stipulates that only men can vote, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas; hence, per the Constitution, both sexes are dealt with identically in that regard.

It was left to the states to determine voter qualification. I think Wyoming was the first to allow women to vote in the late 1800s. There is no right to vote for anyone in the Constitution.

Then why the need for the 19th amendment?
"In the early history of the U.S., most states allowed only white male adult property owners to vote."
You're doing what you always do. You've had your ass handed to you on the original subject, so you're shifting the argument now.
