6 police officers will go to trial. It's pretty obvious that the charges brought will not stand the test of evidence in trial. In fact, the arresting officers probably have a good chance of beating everything except the neglect of not securing Gray in that van.

I knew he took a head dive from the first few weeks. He stood up handcuffed and ankles shackled. Slightest little braking or acceleration and boom, to his head. He could not stop his fall, with his arms or legs. It's NOT murder and I hope the best for the innocent cops. I will donate to their defence if someone has a link! Let's do this! Gray tested positive for opiates and cannabinoid when he was admitted to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to the autopsy. The report makes no further reference to the drugs found in his system.

Doesn't say how much. The officers who said Freddie swallowed heroin packets he was trying to sell appear correct.

They (the two black officers) were the custodial officers, so they are responsible. The arresting officers are not only now proven to be innocent but should sue the city.
