OMG…reading all this makes me so hungryyyy thinking of BBQ. Im waiting on my chinese delivery though. :-)

Thoughts on good Chinese in Dallas. I'm especially interested in Scichuan cuisine, but would take recommendations on any authentic cuisine. Best I've found is Royal Scihuan way out in Ruchardson. Very good, but it's such a drag to drive that far north.

The lines at hard 8 and pecan lodge are ridiculous.

Tried pecan lodge and although good was not worth the long wait. There is a fast pass line if you order a lot...i would consider that if you are with a big group or taking out.

If you hate lines, i would consider soulmans near terrell, tx

When I next land in DFW I have time for maybe two BBQ joints. Hard 8 is one of them.
