Jesus Christ you are a tard. Did you finally give up the IBdunder-head persona and decide to post your dumbass bullshit under one handle now?
That's not "docking their pay". Docking their pay means paying them less in the first place because they are likely to take maternity leave. Also means basing your hiring decision based on the possibility that they might take maternity leave. If you wanna argue semantics with me then you can take your argument and shove it up your ass, because I could care less.
The U.S is one of the few developed countries that does not mandate paid maternity leave, so the fact that we do allow them more time off and allow them two months of paid leave is, I believe, commendable (I am not patting myself on the back, I didn't make this policy).
Rest assured, the gratitude we get from our expectant female employees means a lot more to us that some repubtarded hill-billie's worthless opinion on a hooker board.

But you'd be one of the dunderheaded, lib-retarded jackasses that blames the resulting pay gap on "sexism" and not on the woman's choice to stay out of the work pool for six months, shamman.

So if they take the 6 months' maternity leave and their pay goes to ZERO it's not being docked? Do you tell them "we're not docking your pay - we're just not paying you, period." Nice.

Wonder if shammy knows what the definition of " is " is ? He sounds like another fan boy of Mr. " I did not.." Slick Willy.

Shammy gives himself a pass. Here's why. The existence of a gender pay gap is prima facie evidence of sexism only for conservatives or Republicans. It doesn't count as such for Obama, Hillary, or she-man shammy because as an priori matter everyone knows libtard Dems can't be sexist.
Got that, folks?

Yeah the "folks", sure "got that".
They "got that" you are a retard who's unable to stay on topic due to the combination of being illiterate and a dunder-head.
The simple distinction that a wage gap that might exist because of men and women holding different positions is acceptable , while one where women are not hired or paid less because they might have to take maternity leave is not so, seemingly goes over your head. Well I guess that is why you're junior retard to the biggest retard on this forum:king IB.
Like I said, I didn't make our company's policy, and I can't change it. Yeah, it's not ideal, but it's far better than what the law enforces and better than what most companies do.
Also, like I said before, your opinion is worth less than dog shit. So you can take it and shove it up your ass.

But you already conceded your "sexist" argument when you admitted that women "choose" to stay out of the work place -- unpaid -- for periods up to six months: per child, shamman. It's not "sexism" when a woman personally decides to stay out of the work place, unpaid, with the result that their average lifetime income will be statistically lower, shamman. At the national level, statistics based on the income of women who choose to remain out of the work pool will necessarily pull down the average income of women in the work place and give the illusion that women are being paid less for the same work, shamman. And it's liars like you, shamman, that misrepresent those statistics to support your lies for a socialist agenda.

So.... ....you think that just 12 weeks of mandated unpaid maternity leave is what drags down the average to women earning 84 cents on the dollar?
Kudos to you IB. You truly are one of a kind stupid.

You'd be the fucked-in-the-head jackass that imagines that six months for one child or one year for two children or eighteen months for three children, etc., doesn't statistically drag down the income average for women in the work place, shamman.

You'd be the asshole who repeats what everybody says with "you're the one who (fill in the blank and add insult)..." over and over and over and over and over and over.

Well, if you pay the men the same 8 weeks and give them 6 months off I will say I'm impressed.
However, the government should not mandate the time off or the pay.
