Right? ....hello?
Nope...they can't resign as teenagers.

No doubt, at least some of the parents resigned a long time ago - at least of administering the discipline, guidance and example that was needed in this case. "Teens just being Teens" has sure changed over the years.

Exactly!
They love to act tough when they're sure they aren't in any danger but if they ever face a true criminal they become scared little bitches. That includes the hipocrite cops that give speeding tickets to citizens but don't give them to each other because they think they're above the law. Well at least this cop found out he's not above the law. All these hipocite cops can get on their knees and suck my big fat cock. I'm sure most of them would like to.
I don't need these whimps to protect me, that's what open carry is for.

Just because he's a cop does not give him the right to throw some young 15 year old girl (anybody really) on the ground and shove their face in the ground and put his knee on their back because he didn't like what they said to him. She was no threat and the only thing she hurt was his ego. Now he's out of a job (good luck getting another one anywhere), might lose his TCLEOSE license, and might fact criminal charges.
Fucking douchebag bully.

agree on the gun thing.. there was enough perceived threat that I wouldn't nail the Cop for pulling the gun the way he did.. the interview I saw with one of the 2 guys explained their actions well.. the young man was bumped accidentally by another, which caused him to flail in front of the Officer.. to keep his balance.. without that explanation, the video suggests he gyrated menacingly in front of the Cop, taunting him.. not at all what happened. the DJ should face some charges, not sure what exactly.. she apparently tweeted for a couple of months about this "party", why was it not stopped before it began?

Let's not forget there were 11 other police that were on scene that behaved well and didn't escalate the situation or target anyone in particular. They were there to keep the peace and did. Some positive reinforcement wouldn't be unheard of if that's how we want more police to behave.

That is so true, but we all tend to exhibit confirmation bias by focusing on what supports the preconceived narrative we have. I'm guilty of that at times myself. Kudos to those 11 officers.

Either the DJ or the girl and her mother should get punished over this incident.
This boils down to bad parenting. The mother seems to be trying to act as her daughter's friend instead of a mother.
When I was growing up the cops tell you to disperse...you get the hell out of there before they figure you were in on the incident and arrest your ass. We knew right from wrong...didn't always do right but knew right...lol. Now a days these kids act all ignorant and defiant because of all this race bullshit.

Seems like the wrong job for someone to be a pussy in. So you would rather everyone just pull guns on each other than have a 3rd branch of government. Why even have laws then? We can just take care of it ourselves.

Agreed.
It's come to light that the age of the girl hosting the party is 20y/o and goes by "@keef_cakes" on Twitter (look up keef on urbandictionary).
My biggest question at this point is why in the F*CK are the parents of 13-15y/o kids letting their kids go to parties thrown by an ADULT. Pay attention to where your kids are going. Talk to their parents. Make sure they know them from school or sports and not a stupid invite on Twitter. Damn!
So then why does the media keep referring to the party organizer as a minor? Those were two grownass women fighting each other. They should both get tickets for that at the very least since it was caught on camera. Unfortunately for the organizer, she tweeted about being the first one to "bussed her shit"
Not that that old bitch didn't deserve it. She did. And I bet she thinks twice before she says some dumb shit like that again. So good for keef_cakes on that one. It wasn't the right thing to do but it's hard to argue against.
But this whole thing is a mess. I wish they were protesting bad parenting tonight instead of continuing to focus on the one dumbass officer who has already left the community. There is some wildly shitty parenting all the way around and that's what should be getting attention at this point. Just my opinion.

Their form of punishment will be much worse if they go through life thinking that behavior is acceptable. An ass whipping is nothing compared to the hard lessons life will teach them.

Chung I can't help but laugh out loud when I see any of your post.. I picture the older Asian man as your avatar saying that, and with a think accent.

The principal of North Miami Senior High School lost his job over this following Facebook comment on a Miami Herald story concerning the officer in McKinney: "He did nothing wrong. He was afraid for his life, I commend him for his actions."
Look, I disagree with the principal's comment, but I understand this was a highly debatable incident where people of good faith could passionately disagree. This is just another example of how social media can bite you in the ass if you post an unfavorable comment.
This man lost his job - freaking unbelievable.....on second thought, not surprising at all.

Curiouser and curiouer.............
"McKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) – 15-year-old, Dajerria Becton, the girl who was thrown to the ground and held there with a knee on her back by Corporal Eric Casebolt, has a lawyer.
Stroud says her client, Becton is shaken up by the incident and all the attention she’s gotten. Stroud says Becton’s gone from an anonymous teenager in McKinney to someone known around the world.
Stroud says Becton has had a hard time sleeping and eating lately and is mostly staying at home under the watchful eye of her aunt, her legal guardian
Stroud stresses her client did nothing wrong and no one has suggested she had done anything wrong at the pool party. Stroud says Becton was not trespassing. She was attending a party she was invited to. Stroud says Becton left scene when asked to, but when she came back and asked if she could get bag, she was shoved to ground and handcuffed by Corporal Casebolt."
1) It sure does seem strange that this little drama queen is in seclusion after attaining all the attention she was looking for.
2) Funny she is living at her aunt's place, her legal guardian. When the cop was detaining her all she could yell was "Call my Momma!" So where do Momma and Daddy live? Is the legal guardianship just a shame so she can attend Frisco schools?
3) She claims she had an invite to the party, which to me means she was not there as a member of the HOA. So it will be interesting to see if the party was actually a legal event or just a "rave" pool party......lol
I watched the video several times. She left 3 or 4 times, but always kept coming back. I guess the cop just got tired of her mouth the last time.
