Ladies do you avoid pre-screening for some reason?
I'm asking because I prefer to plan ahead. Sometimes way ahead, and it doesn't seem to be working too well. I've PM'D a few ladies here to introduce myself and give them provider references with the stated intention of seeing them in the future, usually a couple weeks from now, and I have universally received no responses. So am I trying to plan my dates out too far in advance? Or should I assume the ladies in question don't want me as a client and simply aren't saying so because they fear backlash from me on ECCIE? If that's the issue let me say now I wouldn't lash out at a provider on these forums just because she turned me down but the complete ls k of response is very irritating...

I for one have a hard time planning that far ahead but if i find you like to i will do so as long as i see you follow through. In my limited experience ive noticed that dates further than the weekend usually dont tend to pan out

I cannot speak for other providers but I can tell you from my experience those requesting appointments days/weeks in advance very (I mean very) rarely come to fruition. I had 15 "requests" for "future" appointments in the last two weeks. Please feel free to guess how many of the 15 actually booked. Entertaining such requests simply becomes a drain and a waste of time.
Additionally, a lot of providers have significant others, real world jobs, children and other obligations. It's unlikely they can look that far into the future to accommodate you.
Fear of reprisal is very real. Please understand it is quite usual for a man who has been turned down for any request to get weird and sometimes downright cruel so it is no surprise to me they wouldn't bother to respond at all. Your requests are likely going unanswered because these requests are mostly viewed as a complete waste of time and fear of reprisal. Other less thoughtful/timewasting chaps have made that truth a reality, to the great misfortune to the gentlemen who seem to have the best of intentions.

I'm talking about the screening process moreso than an actual date. With some providers requiring heroic efforts to contact them getting screened a day or two prior to when I want to see a lady becomes difficult.
No screening means no date and no date mean I'm a sad panda.

The problem I've experienced with pre-screeners is that 1) like Miss Valentina already stated, most don't pan out, and 2) they end up being time-wasters who want nothing more than the constant email back and forth because they're "getting to know me." I say if you can't figure me out based on my posts here, no amount of email is going to help and you may want to get that learning disorder looked at.

I do have a screening policy also. For appts way in advance I tell the person to get in touch with me the day before or that day. There is no point in making an appt 3 weeks in advance, you never know what will happen in the RW for that day. If do know 3 weeks ahead of time what gonna happen that day, then I would like to have you read the lottery numbers for me.

Prescreening I can do anytime... As far as booking that far in advance I prefer not to... I travel ALOT and base certain areas off of weather or events... I would HATE to lock something in and have to cancel, especially if you went out of your way to book that far in advance...

I am happy to pre screen a gent for future appointments. It's no problem for me. Everytime I pre screen, booking with that gent is quick and painless.
Yes some never book and waste your time but it's ok... when they finally come around a year later insist they book 2 hours. They most likely will.
A couple of bad apples shouldn't ruin it for the bunch of members who actually will see you soon.
OP move on to other ladies who value your interest.

I've never had pre-booking a week or weeks ahead work out. A few days in advance is the furthest I will go.

I have no issue pre-screening a guy. Sometimes it could be the references used. I've had a couple of ladies that ask me to have the guy in question contact them and they end up cancelling on me. Needless to say, I know who those ladies are and will not contact them.
I've pre-screened guys that I may not see for a month or more because of scheduling conflicts or whatever the case may be. But it's better than last minute.

If you don't prescreen a guy, he might end up having you screen him, say something got bumped on the actual date of the appointment and then call you later when it is actually convenient for him. If he played his cards properly, it will just look like a reschedule to you anyway. Would you rather have a guy be upfront with you, or would you rather his grandmother die again?

Damn! I can plan more than a couple hours in advance! Love the guys that are so together as to have themselves pre-screened!

Except for one overnight every session booked over a week in advance has always happened for me. I prefer gentlemen ask to be screened and book their appointments as soon as they are CERTAIN they will have the time to see me.
I hate short notice. Unless we have met BCD before, 99% of the time I won't see people for same day requests. I'm a planner. I schedule all aspects of my day. I'm more than happy to change my solo plans if I know I'm going to have a good time but RandomMonger asking "Are u available?" is an unknown. I'm not going to reschedule a grocery run, shopping, or even just unwinding on the couch with my dog because someone I don't even know snapped their fingers. Now, if someone I have seen who is fabulous in bed contacts me at lunch to see me when they get off work I'm all over it.
To the OP - If you are requesting a future appointment specify the date and time. Ask them to confirm by a certain day that they are willing and able to see you at the time you requested. Explain that you are a meticulous planner. Clearly list your references and provide links to their showcase and information about how this lady will remember you. If you don't receive a response by the deadline move on if the lady has been active on the site.
A specific day and time lets a lady know you are serious. "I want to see you sometime next week I'll let you know because I have to check my schedule at work first" does not inspire confidence in your follow through. Giving the link to the showcase and providing the extra information shows you are thinking ahead and considerate of a provider's time. Both things that will make her take your request more seriously.
Or maybe you need better references that actually respond to reference requests...Just surmising from you saying some providers require "heroic efforts" to contact.
Just my .02.

Mr Peabody also prefers to get any pre screening out of the way.
P411 allows this option, but providers don't even respond to this more than 2 weeks out even though it is a 20 second option.
What is their logic?
Do they not realize that someone willing to pre screen is also the best tipper. There should be a system for a client to put a deposit down for good faith.

I normally plan out 5-7 days in advance because of a tight work schedule and very limited play time available. I don't want to miss a single play-time opportunity because I can't find an available provider of my choice at the last minute. True, I have missed some great opportunities to see well-reviewed providers at the last minute because I was already booked with another. Let's Keep Austin Weird.

Plus 1 on this advice. I normally allow two days for a provider to respond and will move on if I don't hear back. This has bitten me on the butt more than once, when a very hot lady responds late and I have made subsequent plans. However, I do NOT change my plans as that would not be fair to the other provider with whom I have scheduled.
Respect and courtesy are a must in all communications--I have not had a NCNS in over two years.
A specific day and time lets a lady know you are serious. Agree--be specific with your date/time, type and length of requested appointment and contact info on references.
