Physical Description: Didn't get to see her. Was sent address and phone number 5 days before scheduled appointment. Confirmed with booking service the day before appointment and again the morning of. Then, they emailed me 3 hours before my appointment and said they hadn't screened me. An hour before the appointment, they emailed and said that they were still working on my screening, but my appointment was still scheduled. I forwarded the PM that showed they had screened me. Never responded to me. Wasted my time.
