I think any time you deal with a hooker in trade you will get fucked over.

You want to trade with a hooker try cash in exchange for company.

Works most of the time.

She can then take the cash to her landlord and pay him with it.

I can't see how it would work. A rental in a decent area will go for $1000 or more per month. Sure, there are slum lords, but a verified provider from this site wouldn't be caught dead at most of those inner city so called apartments. I know, i don't go to visit a provider in an area I'm not 100% comfortable visiting.

That's a lot of providing for $1000. And, i would not want to be implicated, should the provider get in trouble with the law. And you know that they eventually will.

Plus, there is no anonymity anymore. My real persona is in no way linked to my hobby persona, and i would prefer to keep it that way. Even if there is no malicious intent, someone, somewhere will say something, to someone, who may put the two together.

a lot of good advice and knowledge in this thread. i have been in that situation before. it was not a provider though. it was more like what turned into a sb situation. the way i had it set is she got apartment in her name. i did not sign or cosign anything. i would give her her rent 2 weeks before it was due. if she did not have it when it was due, well then that is her own damn fault. i know a little harsh but also was working with her on managing her money. which now she is a pro at. make sure your butt is covered at all times. payments are in cash. that way if she does some thing stupid, get busted, burns the place down, then it can not cause you head aches or get you involved in. very important is know who you are dealing with or get to know real fast. the hardest thing for guys is trying to always think with big head instead of small one. that tends to end bad with awkward situations or emotions getting involved. i will openly admit i fell prey to that once. it was a chaotic mess, but looking back it was worth it . with the question asked i would advise to think it over thoroughly. there is good chance of ending bad, but small chance it can work out good. the one i had that arrangement with we are still really close friends and that is after i cut her loose a while back.
