I'm just speculating, but...

AXO and her minions/alternate handles/etc., have long been practicing a scheme of threatening to out/blackmail anyone who gets on her bad side. Most recently, it's gotten to the point of threats of outing to providers' family, RW employers, etc.

It would appear that things have escalated this past few days.
