The "Arab bars" are all owned by one man, a Persian. They are: Deja Vu, Sahara, Kiss, Midnite, and Spice Girls. They are all ripoff operations. The coyotes are as numerous as the available girls, if not actually outnumbering them. The Arab bars all pad tabs, adding unordered drinks to the total.
Tilac uses coyote dancers. The coyote dancers there are all good people, real girls, lots of fun to hang out with. They are EASILY identifiable (their number badges say COYOTE!), and they are a small minority of the girls in the club. I took one of them to dinner a few months ago, before she had to be at work, and let her do the bulk of the ordering. Final damage, for two people, was less than I've spent just on dinner for myself, it was all good, and we had a great time.
Cowboy 2 looks like an Arab bar but isn't. They do use coyotes. I can't give you a detailed report as I've never managed to spend much time in there.
