This isn't like a plumbing service....she said she can't make it.
She doesn't owe you an explanation.

Why isn't it like a plumbing service? It's a service and like all services, you don't like the performance or lack there of, you move on to the next Plumber... Which is what he should have done instead of putting BB on blast.. JMHO

Perhaps more of an explanation was in order since an appointment was made. Honestly, if a client did that to me with just a "I can't make it'. I would be pissed and probably not book with him again.

Let's grow up. Do we have to moan and groan about every little thing that don't go our way? Okay I'm mad let me post it on the board. A real simple solution would be to wait and speak to her. I see nothing wrong here she didn't take your money and was a no show nor steal it. As the old saying"nothing gain nothing lost". There are plenty of beautiful women on this board will fill in and take your donation until BB play with you again.

I was texting with a well know provider on this board the other day to set up an appointment and then she just quit replying.I found another lady that answered my text right away and within 25 minutes of first contact I was on my way to see her, problem solved.I have to agree that this would have best been handled between the two of you in pm's and not put the lady on blast in public.

I'm no white knight, but if she cancelled, she cancelled. She really doesn't owe you anything of an explanation. My god.

She wouldn't have posted or replied to anything had you not posted this thread....real talk though. Why would she care. Business isn't affected.

Yes you didn't do it to call her out, but by your own admission she didn't even reply to you privately via response until she saw she was being called out upon it. You say after the fact she was very apologetic to you via pms.......but her tone here seems as if she is shaming you to some extent.....shifting weight of ignorance to you.

I also appreciate how so many people are saying a cancellation by a provider does not require any explanation necessary. That's cool. But for a touring provider........who usually likes to gain prebooks assured before touring, if guys returned the same favor and cancelled far in advance of their appointment in bunches.......now ladies get buthurt.

I agree with this. I know things happen with ladies like they do with us. How they respond to a cancellation is important. Generally if a lady cancels on me.......no matter the reason I won't see them or try to see them again unless they offered an olive branch of some sort and were promptly apologetic. But it never has to get that way with me, because I have times a day before and the appointment day of agreed beforehand as confirmation times. If she doesn't confirm as we agreed.... I call an alternate. And won't think anything of it as I cancel promptly. Usually then you get a fast response. If I have to cancel Ill offer a small deposit or something to show good faith in trying to book them again.

I think also to....depending on when the cancellation occurs, its a slap in the face to the local ladies who could have cleared their schedules to accommodate the time she so carelessly pushed aside as unimportant.

Give this shit a break. Three things happen here your selling it your buying it or your pimping out other. Everyone have a different way of handling shit, there's no book on escorts and clients conduct. It did't happen move on to the next provider or agency.

No, but there is common sense. He's a client. Would you treat a client in any other industry disrespectfully? It's not rocket science. I don't have any skin in this game, really. I don't know this young lady, certainly wish her the best, but this guy deserved a little more consideration here. If the shoe was on the other foot, five hours before an appointment and she had to contact him to find out he wasn't coming, she would be rightfully pissed. I'm just all for mutual respect, whether monger or provider.

Very eloquently put. I could not have said this better myself. I also agree with gimme_that's post, a little part of me felt that way prior to posting this thread, we may never know if that is true or not, however. Let's also keep in mind that in my first post, I stated that she provided an explanation the first two times she cancelled on me, this most recent cancellation should not have been any different. C'mon folks, you don't just call in to work and say you can't come in. You explain why you cannot in the same breath. "I can't come to work today, bye." v.s. "I can't come to work today because I'm very sick, bye."

I do not understand why this thread has continued to attract additional attention and posts, considering both Bella and I have agreed its best to resolve our situation through PMs.

I will refrain from using such vocabulary to address another individual as it is both meaningless and disrespectful. Though the term "dumbass" is a bit vulgar, you did hit it right on the head, I did not know I could request a thread be closed as I am relatively new to posting on an online message board. I will put in the request.

However, I still stand by my, and apparently very few others' sentiment that an explanation (or at the very least, an excuse) should be provided at the time of cancellation. It's the respectful and responsible thing to do. Some may say I should not feel slighted because I did not pay anything, but time is money, and my time was wasted.

I will quote chelseabean one more time as it seems most people have just chosen to ignore it.

Moderator, please close this thread as both Bella and I have agreed to resolve our issue privately.
