Drive it to the nearest parking lot, wipe out ALL the places you may have touched it, lock it up, and walk home.

Then, take that 'title' to the courthouse, and figure out if it's real. If it is, register it, RE-TAG IT, and go pick it up, it's now yours. If not, bluff your way out of the courthouse, go back to the vehicle and leave the keys in it, unlocked.

Forget about it- it'll be gone in a few days.

Check the obits and death certificates while you are at the courthouse. Also, get the VIN and run it. That should tell you the title history of the vehicle when you cross-reference with what you find out about her grandfather.
