You can comment on your differing experience with the reviewed whore. You do have to make sure that ROS information is responded to in private tags.

If a review is a "total shill" and/or written by the provider, you can RTM the review for the modtards to look into the situation. As with all infraction investigations, the outcome of that investigation is between the investigator and the investigated.
No, you cannot call bullshit on occurrence of the session. You can call bullshit on inaccuracies in the public section of the review (description, activities allowed).
Example: If deerhunter put (5'6" 100lb spinner) in the description, and when you saw her she was a (3' 200lb midget), you can call bullshit on his description and describe her as you remember her when she made you nut 3 times in 20 minutes.
ROS Example: If deerhunter put in ROS that for 20 bucks and a HoHo the hooktard will go BBFS. You can respond in private tags that he is full of shit. Because, you happen to know the whore prefers Twinkies.
You cannot call the review a "quack".
If you RTM the review and it turns out that it can be proven that a whore wrote the review (pay attention...because, this has happened), enforcement can include a vacation for the whore, statement from modtardville in the review that it is a review perpetrated by the whore and attached to her profile as such.
